Tasks:

Coordination of the development team’s efforts throughout the product development process
Work organization, scheduling, supervision, and reporting on the development team’s progress
Creating and documenting system solutions that are based on both analytical and architectural products.
Participation in technical decisions concerning the system under construction.
Identifying and proposing appropriate technical solutions

Requirements:

Being familiar with various data storage solutions, web servers, content management systems, backend and frontend servers, and application servers.
Very good knowledge of: Postgres, JAVA (Spring), Kubernetess, Kafka, Angular
Ability to evaluate technical alternatives and translate business requirements into system solutions
Knowledge of code management techniques and the construction of CI / CD production environments
Knowledge of the development cycle and experience with best practices in the software life cycle
Working knowledge and experience with agile methodologies (APM)
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience – the ability to manage a programming team
The ability to define and delegate tasks
Task estimation and planning abilities
Ability to work under time constraints
Advanced communication and presentation abilities
